September 12, 2018 Business headlines from Crain’s Cleveland Business: Cynthia Lammert is co-founder of the boutique law firm Coakley Lammert Co., where she represents buyers, sellers and developers in federal and state court litigation as well as transactional matters. Lammert helped launch the firm in 2014 after founding the law department at Howard Hanna and heading the real estate department at Reminger Co. Since its inception, she has expanded her real estate practice to include multiple broker clients, administrative consultations and litigation where necessary. “Her preparation and passion for achieving a fair and just result in each case inspires loyalty and devotion from her clients,” according to Partner George Coakley. “Not only does Cindy have her own practice, but she runs a law firm at the same time,” he said in the nomination. In addition, Lammert has mentored young lawyers in the Ohio State Bar Association Mentoring Program over the last four years and is an active volunteer with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
